Some of our designs are made to order, and some are made in small batches here in England (not mass manufactured in a souless factory on the other side of the world).
If you need an item for a specific date (maybe as a gift) please drop us an email (shop@susanbradley.co.uk) or call us to check the latest availability. We may be able to get items to you sooner, and if we can we will.

DELIVERY

Usually in stock, despatched within 5 working days by first class post
Large orders of bookends may be despatched by courier and require a signature.

Should we find that we are unable to send your order as quickly as we had hoped, our customer service department will inform you of the delay or refund your payment if you prefer.


DELIVERY TIME
Royal Mail first class post should take 1-3 working days to reach you, and our courier (usually UPS) should take 1-2 working days to reach you from despatch.

DELIVERY COSTS
Mainland UK delivery costs:
Bookend or Letter Rack only orders are sent for FREE!
Orders £39 or less - £2.50
Orders over £39, up to £100 - £5
Orders over £100, up to £200 - £9.50
Orders over £200, up to £400 - £15
Orders over £400 - £25

EU and Overseas Deliveries
We can send our designs all over the world, please contact us for specific shipping prices.


RETURNS POLICY
Susan Bradley Design offers a 7 day returns policy inline with the UK distance selling regulations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase (but we really hope you are!) you can return them to us for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Goods are returned at your own cost and you should obtain a proof of postage. Please repack the item carefully and as it was sent to you. You will be refunded the full amount for the goods (delivery charges will not be refunded).
