how to buy
There are a number of ways you can purchase designs from Susan Bradley, as detailed below:
1. Our online shop. You can use your credit card, debit card or PayPal.
All transactions are processed via PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to use your
credit/debit card to pay us. We use PayPal for transaction processing as it is well established,
secure and simple to use.
2. Pay by cheque. Simply telephone or email us to let us know what you want to order and we will email or post you an order form
which you can return with a cheque. Items will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared, so this will take a little longer than ordering
online.
3. Pay by direct bank transfer. Simply email or telephone us to let us know
what you want to order and we will email or post you
an order form and bank details for payment. Items will be dispatched only once the funds have cleared in our account.

Delivery
We make our designs in small batches here in England, not on a mass production
line in a factory on the other side of the world (something
we are very passionate about). If we have your item in stock then we will despatch as soon as we can. Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on our
'Delivery' page. Special
orders, made to ordr products and commissions are usually 4-6 weeks. We will email you to confirm your order and
advise of the estimated despatch time, and again on the day of
despatch so you know it is on its way.
Deliveries are undertaken by either 1-2 working day courier (usually UPS) which will require a signature or by Royal Mail (small items).
