Terms and conditions
Please read our terms and conditions before buying from Susan
Bradley. Placing a confirmed order on this site implies acceptance
of these terms and conditions.
Ordering
Orders can be placed online and by email or telephone. Payment via cheque is accepted in Pounds sterling only. The price for all our
products is shown in Pounds sterling and includes all taxes applicable to the UK mainland.
Susan Bradley Design shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any losses special to the particular circumstances
of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profits, damage of property or wasted expenditure.
Delivery
We make our designs in small batches and to order, not on a mass production line. If we have your item in stock then we will despatch
within 1 week of your payment clearing. If we need to create your goods then your order may be 4 weeks from payment clearing until
despatch. Special orders and commissions are usually 4-6 weeks.
We will email you an order confirmation to advise of the estimated despatch time, and email you again on the day of despatch so you know
your order is on its way.
Mainland uk deliveries are undertaken by either 1-2 working day courier (requiring a signature)
or by the Royal Mail.
If goods are returned to us by the delivery company because they could not be delivered (for example a signature could not be obtained,
the address is incomplete or incorrect)
we will have to apply a further delivery charge to delivery the items.
Any delivery charges made are also applied again in the event of a return due to cancellation after the goods have been dispatched.
We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have
ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to
goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance
beyond our reasonable control
outside the uk delivery times ans charges will vary. For items to be delivered outside of the uk, all freight, delivery and customs
duty payable by the customer.
Special delivery arrangements can be made (Saturday or timed deliveries), these will incur an extra charge, please call or email for details.
Duties and importing
You will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside of the United Kingdom.
You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of
unforeseen duties or levies. The importation or exportation of
certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national
laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect
of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Copyright and Trademarks
All designs are protected by copyright, design rights, trade mark
rights and other intellectual property rights, which are owned
by and will remain the property of Susan Bradley Design.. All
rights reserved. You may view and print out pages from our website
for the sole purpose of buying our products.
Copyright
You may not use any images, logos, descriptions or text from our site without written permission.
We are a member of ACID (Anti Copying In Design) Any infringement
on copyright or design rights will be pursued vigorously.
Resale
You will not resell any goods or offer any goods for resale, in any country.
Product and Pricing Descriptions
we make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is as accurate and up to date as possible. The product information
and photographs contained within our website and any information we dispatch is provided for illustrative purposes only. We will
not accept liability for any errors in description of goods on the website or product information and can change those descriptions
at any time. All our sizes and measurements are as accurate as
possible but slight variations may occur. Colours will not be
exact due to reproduction limitations and resolution settings
of your computer.
No goods are tested or sold as being fit for a specific purpose unless expressley agreed in writing. Every effort is made to ensure that
the prices shown are correct at
the time of publication. If an error has been made, we reserve the right to cancel the order in relation
to some or all of the
items.
Cancellations and returns
If your order has not been dispatched then it can be cancelled within 2 days of being placed. Susan bradley Design reserve the
right to raise a cancellation fee. This does not apply to made to order or commissioned designs which cannot be cancelled or changed
once ordered.
We cannot refund goods unless they arrive damaged during transit.
Please check packaging carefully when receiving a delivery and
make note of any damage. When signing for a delivery please report
and sign for any damage to packaging when accepting your delivery.
This will help us to claim against the delivery company.
You must inform us within 24hrs if your order has arrived damaged - either email shop@susanbradley.co.uk
or telephone +44(0) 7905 484542. We will then arrange to collect
the goods and replace them without charge once returned to us.
Please repackage the item as sent to you – unless this is
too badly damaged. You must not return items before contacting
us.
We reserve the right to cancel items ordered or an entire order
for any reason whatsoever and will refund the full price paid
for each cancelled item. In such circumstances we will endeavor
to contact you without delay to explain why a cancellation was
necessary.
Defective Goods
If your Goods are defective on delivery, you are entitled to return them to us provided you have first contacted us by email or telephone
and we have agreed that the Goods should be returned to us. The
Goods should be returned to us in the packaging they were received
in and securely sealed within 7 days of receipt. You must not
return items before contacting us.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient
stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered, if the design you
have chosen is not available or one or more of the Goods you ordered
was listed at a incorrect price.
Privacy
we are fully committed to protecting your privacy and will not
disclose your information to any third parties.
UNPACKING, INSTALLATION, ASSEMBLY
We provide installation (where appropriate) and care instructions with your purchase. We strongly recommend that you read these
fully. Susan bradley Design will not be held responsible for any problems encountered in installing your goods.
We do not offer an installation, unpacking or assembly service.
The responsibility of unpacking , assembly and installation is with the customer.
